PARTY INFORMATION

Payment:           A 50% non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. The balance of payment will be due prior to the start of the party. Payment may be made by cash, online bank transfer or cheque. Cheques to be made payable to Kindermusik with Allison.

Numbers:          Kindermusik with Allison requests that you have no more than 12 – 15 children in attendance at the party. (You may choose to send out more than 15 invitations as it is not likely that everyone who is invited will be able to come.) A Kindermusik birthday party is best suited to children between the ages of 6 months to 8 years and adults. EVERYONE is invited to get involved, no matter how old you are!

Final guest numbers to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. Please also e-mail names of guests to info@kindermusikwithallison.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to event for preparation of nametags or telephone names through to 01794 521054 where e-mail is not available.

Adults:              For children under the age of four, there must be an actively participating adult.

                        For children over the age of four, adult participation is strongly encouraged although not required.

I do ask that at least one adult be available for every five children attending the party.

Location:           The most successful parties are held indoors in a room with open floor space and as few distractions (i.e. food, toys, other activities) as possible. Please note the space must be large enough for all in attendance to sit and stand in a circle.

Cancellation:     Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing. Where a client cancels the booking the deposit will be retained by Kindermusik with Allison. In the exceptional circumstance where the booking is cancelled by Kindermusik with Allison, the deposit will be returned to the booker of the event.
